You will then need to mail a check (no appointment scheduled until check has cleared the bank) or prepay with a credit card. Usually, Colleen can schedule your first appointment within 72 hours. Colleen will call you at the scheduled time. All you need then, is a pad of paper and a pen to take notes, documenting your personalized behavior plan! It's that simple.

If you have family members who would like to join in, you're welcome to use a speaker phone. Colleen can also set up a teleconference call. This way, multiple family members can be at different locations (such as one person at work and one at home) and never have to miss a session!
